No.297 Takanawa Imperial Residence(former residence of Prince Takamatsu)'s black gate

The gate that was the main gate of the Tottori Domain Ikeda clan’s Edo residence (now Marunouchi 3-chome) was moved to what was the Togu Palace (Takamatsu Imperial Residence) in the Meiji era. It has now been dismantled, relocated and rebuilt, and is preserved at Ueno Park’s Tokyo National Museum.
